how to use
Your five minute ritual
Morning or night. Use light pressure and always move upwards and outwards.
Prepare
Start with clean skin and a few drops of facial oil or serum so the stone glides smoothly.
Roll
Use the large roller from the centre of your face outwards: chin to ear, nose to temple, brow to hairline. Repeat five times in each area.
Sculpt
Hold the gua sha almost flat and sweep along your jaw, then your cheekbone, then your brow. Five slow strokes on each side.
Finish
Use the small roller gently under each eye, rolling outwards towards your temples.
